Website enquiries

HelloLine uses your name, business name, email and phone number to respond to your enquiry and assess pilot suitability. The page you submitted from and bounded campaign details from the link you followed may also be saved. Requests are stored for pilot follow-up and processed through an email notification provider; a notification failure does not remove the saved enquiry. Enquiries are not sold or displayed publicly. Please do not submit sensitive customer information.

Website analytics and errors

When configured, PostHog records page views, page leaves, demo phone-link clicks and successful interest submissions. Custom events do not include the name, email address, phone number or form contents you submit. Session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled in the website configuration. Sentry is used for error reporting and may receive technical diagnostic information. This site does not install advertising pixels or retargeting tools.

Customer call data is separate

The website enquiry form does not process customer calls, recordings or transcripts. The call assistant identifies itself as automated. Before a pilot is activated, we’ll explain which call details are collected, whether recording or transcription is enabled, the caller notice for the setup and who can access the information. Your business remains responsible for how it follows up with callers.

Providers, storage and retention

Website enquiries are stored for pilot follow-up and an email provider processes the notification sent to the pilot team. The authoritative website deployment, provider locations, website-enquiry retention period and deletion procedure still require owner confirmation. Call-data providers, storage locations, retention periods and applicable data-processing terms are confirmed separately before pilot activation.

Privacy questions and deletion requests

To ask about access, correction or deletion of your submitted details, contact Ralph Kleinschmidt and the pilot team through our contact form. If we’ve already contacted you, you can also reply directly to the team. We’ll confirm your request and explain any information we need to identify your record.
