Meta AI and Muse offer assistant experiences, including through WhatsApp. HelloLine captures phone enquiries and sends you the details by email, WhatsApp or both, so you can follow up using your existing tools. The packages do not include a Meta AI or Muse integration.
How does the free 7-day trial work?
The pilot is a free 7-day trial, no strings attached. Trial setup and onboarding are free, and there is no obligation to subscribe afterwards. Submitting the form does not start your trial. We prepare your assistant with you and agree when your 7 days begin.
Are there any setup charges?
Trial setup is free. Once-off paid-package setup is R130.43 for Starter and R43.48 for Small Business, excluding VAT. Business and Busy Business have no setup fee.
How do I cancel?
The free 7-day trial has no obligation to subscribe. If you choose the paid plan, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Contact the team to give notice.
What happens after my included minutes?
Minutes above your package’s monthly allowance cost R4.99 per minute excluding VAT. These charges apply only to the paid plan; the 7-day trial is free. We explain minute measurement and billing during setup. Automatic usage alerts are not currently offered.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All advertised monthly prices, setup fees and extra-minute prices exclude VAT. VAT at 15% is added to these prices. No payment or subscription starts by submitting this form.
What happens to recordings and transcripts?
We’ll explain whether your setup records calls or retains transcripts, which providers process the data, where it is stored and how long it is kept before activation. Read our privacy information or ask the pilot team for details.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. You keep your existing number, and every answering agent we set up has its own unique dedicated number. Advertise it as an additional business number, forward calls from your existing number to it, or do both. We help check forwarding support; your network may charge for forwarded calls.
Is this only for plumbers?
No. HelloLine is for small businesses across industries that need basic questions answered and useful messages captured. We’ll confirm whether your needs are a fit when we contact you.
What if the assistant doesn’t know the answer?
It takes a message for you to follow up. It is not intended to invent answers, give specialist advice, provide quotes. Bookings are available through the optional booking add-on once set up for your business.
Can HelloLine take bookings?
Yes. With the optional booking add-on, HelloLine can check availability and book appointments during a call, using the appointment types and booking rules agreed with your business. The add-on is priced separately from call answering. Contact us for pricing and to discuss your setup.
Can I receive summaries by email or WhatsApp?
Yes. Choose email, WhatsApp or both for your call summaries. WhatsApp is optional: you can use email only. We confirm your preference during free trial setup and onboarding.
Which languages can it handle?
HelloLine supports English and Afrikaans. We’ll confirm your preferred language and business-specific answers during setup.
Can I sell HelloLine as a broker?
Yes. We offer a broker arrangement for people selling HelloLine on our behalf. Partnership details and terms are available on request. Visit the Become a broker page to ask the team for details.
Am I signing up by submitting this form?
