Forwarding costs

You keep your existing number. Your mobile or telephone network may charge for call forwarding; that charge is separate from HelloLine.

Trial and cancellation

Submitting the form does not start the trial. We agree the activation date, trial terms and cancellation process with you before the service starts.

VAT

VAT treatment and the full amount payable are confirmed in your offer before activation.
