Setup fees
Trial setup and onboarding are free. Once-off paid-package setup is R130.43 for Starter and R43.48 for Small Business, excluding VAT. Business and Busy Business have no setup fee.
Your numbers
You keep your existing business number. Each answering agent gets its own unique dedicated number: advertise it as an additional number, forward calls from your existing number to it, or do both.
Additional usage
Minutes above your package’s monthly allowance cost R4.99 per minute excluding VAT. Extra-minute charges apply only to paid packages; the 7-day trial is free. Call estimates use a three-minute average, and allowances are measured in minutes. We explain minute measurement and billing during setup. Automatic usage alerts are not currently offered.
Forwarding costs
Your mobile or telephone network may charge for call forwarding; that charge is separate from HelloLine.
Trial and cancellation
The pilot is free for 7 days, no strings attached, with free trial setup and onboarding. There is no obligation to subscribe afterwards. We agree when your trial begins; submitting the form does not activate it. If you choose a paid package, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Contact the team to give notice.

HelloLine is VAT registered. All monthly prices, setup fees and extra-minute prices shown here exclude VAT. VAT at 15% is added to these prices.
